make it passive.

this is very good skill, but i tired targetting each 60 second.

생명수정 바스틸라돈의 능력을 패시브로 바꿉니다.

매우 좋은 스킬이긴 한데 60초마다 다시 눌러줘야 하는게 귀찮더라고요.

I think the ability might need to be toned down, it's better 2x regen plus ressurecting in a large area
