Bretonnia Fixes and Tweaks

Description
Small assorted fixes and tweaks for Bretonnia.

- added more climates to Pledge to Campaign (win a siege battle)
- re-added walls to level 3 minor settlements (misguidedly removed in 2.2 in my opinion)

Fixed by CA, not in the mod anymore:

- fix issue with paladins not completing vows when embedded in female lord armies
- fixed issue where AI lords were not getting vows when gaining multiple levels at once
- fixed issue with damsels not making progress in their troths
- add channeling stance
- fix issue where the last upgrade of the tavern building requires amber

I'm glad there's a mod re-adding the walls. Bretonnia without them is incredibly difficult, and turns a unique campaign into a grueling one. CA over-corrected with the change to minor settlements being so universal.

Sorry, I'm not interested in maintaining multiple versions.

You can easily remove that change with RPFM, it's all in one table.

Can you make version without - re-added walls to level 3 minor settlements

Because that is not fix but design choice. They moved function to garrison building.

@Lampros Yes, but they're not OTL knights, their in a video game and they act different

It also doesn't even make sense; medieval knights did a crap ton of sacking and looting...

I just think the chivalry mechanic sucks; it seems to handicap you without corresponding benefits...

Not sure now.
Losing chivalry for that makes sense to me, would be the same as ambush.
