Improved Empire Garrisons

Description
Alright folks, we're back in business. For now all imperial garrisons - meaning both major and minor settlements and their respective wall buildings, forts, outposts, special settlements and most important of all Altdorf - are done; I may do other races but won't promise anything as the amount of factions and buildings has grown immensely since I last did these mods for Warhammer I. Should more races be added I'll include them in this file, as managing lots of small mods can become very tedious.

Basic garrisons are strong, but to go full on Maginot you'll have to build garrison buildings.

Save game compatible, it will take one turn to take effect.

Use this instead if you play with Alarayn's Tier 4 Minor Settlements.

Alright as I'm unsure about the prioritization issue I updated with another fix that's propably better anyway. As the Red Moon Inn now also adds walls to the settlement I gave it 2 units of Greatswords in addition to the heroes. As a T3 minor settlement with my mod has 13 units in garrison the Red Moon inn now provides a further 7 units and walls just like the regular garrison building would otherwise do, making that one now obsolete and providing room for more useful recruitment/ economy buildings in the Reikland province. I also feel in general Ubersreik is additionally well protected by the Helmgart fort.

Let me know what you think about it and if it works now; also perhaps some other units would be more fitting to accompany the Ubersreik five?

I assume you still get the full 20 units you should have at tier 3 with the wall building? In that case the Ubersreik five propably get overwritten; I can try to change their priority but I'm unsure if that works in WH III they way it used to.

Can't get Ubersreik special garrison units from The Red moon Inn when using this mod (I had them previously - installed mod, they went. deleted the building and rebuilt - still not back).

TY - excellent for patch 2.0 gaming on V hard... Empire garrisons can now be made decent but not overpowered.

@ZeroOne: Ouch, my bad I didn't press update yesterday after completing Altdorf, the 1 Captain garrison was for testing. Fixed now.

@wolfe: I'm aware that a detailed listing of units would be great, however it requires a lot of extra time to do so it might happen later. For now garrisons in general are both larger and get better units especially at the higher levels.

the first 4 tiers in Altorf have only 1 Captain as garrison??

Any chance you could add more specifics to the description? Seeing what changes your mod makes specifically would be useful.
