So unless such a unit got added, it won't ever need an update. And even then it would still work for all the old units.
only recharges in melee (was definitly the most viable recharge context), but reduces cooldowns a bit for better risk/reward ratio.
Im not sure what there IS to even begin offering my 2 cents, aside from i guess remembering that there were other affects that recharge while in melee off hand.
Well, i just took a look at the table and man, there are a lot of possible recharge conditions.
