Fix Ungrim Grudge + Gotrek & Felix Fix (CA FIXED, NO LONGER NEEDED)

Description
UPDATE after 2.1: Since CA changed the grudge, I have removed the part of the mod that dealt with it. This is now just a mod to enable the runes on Gotrek and Felix

Replaces the Grudge in Ungrim's book for attacking Zhufbar with attacking Throt. Who at CA thought it was a good idea to have a grudge in Ungrim's book against Zhufbar?

Also Enables Gotrek and Felix to equip the dwarven Runes, like they are supposed to. Literally They forgot to tick a box in a data table. They even have the rune slots, just couldnt equip them. Bruh why did we uninstall wh2?

Since CA fixed both things this mod was for, it is now defunct and won't be updated. Thanks.

I found this mod while i was looking for something else. I have been thinking the last couple days how it's weird they can't equip runes! Appreciate the mod

@Supermag24 Could you remove the diplomatic penalty or at least reduce between Karak Kadrin and Zhuffbar? -75 it's a lot, more than aversion against vampire

Hi thanks for the mod. Why dont replace this failed grude on Zhufbar by one against vampire as is it wrote on teh description? Also Skavens are really far
