Hidden Skavenblight and Hell Pit

Description
Makes Skavenblight and Hell Pit hidden by default.
Renames Skavenblight to Tylos, as that is the name most the world would know the ruins as.

Mod is working. You probably have conflicting mods.

I'll take a look but I have to redownload the game and rpfm so it might be a bit. IIrc there are no scripts though, renaming is done by editing the localization table and hiding is done by editing the settlements table.

It's not working anymore, sadly. I assume this mod would still work because this is a script, but anyway
