Welcome back, commanders! If you used this mod in Total War: Warhammer 2, then you're probably really excited that I finally learned how to spell Clan Skryre. For everyone else, read on:


What good-point is confederating Icky Klaw-Klaw?? Does he bring-gift wonderful toys? Of course not, so selfish! Now is time-chance to change, yes-yes!


If you're playing as Skaven and you confederate Clan Skryre, here are the RoR you get:

  • Blackhole Flayers (Doom-flayers)
  • Warpfire's Wheel (Doomwheel)
  • The Doombringers (Warpfire Thrower Weapons Team)
  • Eye-Takers (Warplock Jezzails)
  • Death Dealers (Ratling Gun Weapons Team)

Recruitment opens up 1 turn after confederating. The new units will be in the RoR panel (elite recruitment options) regardless of what buildings are available in each province.

Without this mod, you only have access to these units if the confederating faction happened to have recruited them into their armies... but factions don't want to confederate while they have armies, so :shruggy:


COMPATIBILITY

This mod is save game compatible.

It's mostly a script mod, so it should be compatible with everything.

If you're using Moulder's Menagerie, you'll gain access to the special Stormfiend units:
  • Scratterfire Team (Stormfiends - Ratling Cannons)
  • Blackfire Warpack (Stormfiends - Warpfire Projectors)
  • The Scartorn (Stormfiends - Doomflayer Gauntlets)

Should work with Tabletop Caps - Unique Lord & Faction Rules - Submod by Naeven.

This mod is fully compatible with ChaosRobie's The Old World Campaign.

@Krakenous - only changes since pre-4.0 are that it now works again with Moulder's Menagerie and also in The Old World or Immortal Empires Expanded.

Been a while...just thought to check in, any fundamental changes since 4-4.23 for this? Guessing as it's script based it rarely needs an update but then I've been wrong before lol.

I've been looking at the Clan Moulder flesh lab variants, and they don't really do anything without the flesh lab mechanics. I'm not going to reimplement Throt's purchasable unit effects, I think that's a bridge too far.

In any case, this mod is once again compatible with Moulder's Menagerie!

I am embarrassed that I haven't a chance to look @ Clan Moulder flesh lab variants or Moulder's Menagerie yet. It's in the queue, I promise I'll get to it soon

Clan Moulder have "flesh lab" versions of some units;

But honestly, I hadn't looked at these units for a while either and I realised now they are not that big of a difference from the normal version. If you don't want to add them that's fine :-)

@Naeven - please remember I don't ever play Skaven, so I really don't know what you're talking about. Does Clan Moulder get access to special units that non-Moulder clans don't? If yes, is there a list somewhere that I could look at?
