Faster loading cableway station

Description
Faster loading cableway station. For the best performance us it with my inreased capacity aggregate car mod.

In my test run the building was ca. 17% faster than the vanilla. The daily throughput increased form 40t to 50t.
With high capacity cars it was 84% faster than the vanilla. The daily throughput increased form 97t to 180t.

The mod uses the original game models.

If you still play the game please take a look at the " passenger" type cablecar station the vanilla game has. It can also move cargo.
That one can now move waste due to its factory connection, that in turn can connect to a mine.

Not sure if you are still "updating" these, they are good. But if a factory connection was added then they could be used to move waste from the mines.

Have you considered doing an heavy / high capacity version of cars and station for cargo and passenger transport..?
Noting the other type of station, for cargo and people, I find it VERY limited when trying to use it for building or material supplies. Food and meat is an option, but only in very small amounts.

Good point. Finding it difficult to power them when there are several close together.
But that is more my problem for using too many near each other.

Great mod and thanks for sharing. It does allow the use of cable cars for aggregate, and it works 👍

I set the power to this level for balancing. I felt the vanilla power level for this buildin too low so tried keep the power level per ton the same. If I remember correctly the vanilla is 0.5+0.5MW

Ok, so the engine speed is the control for the overal MW used. I have reduced that now from 2 to 0.5, still faster than vanilla but more manageable power wise.

I do not think that power usage "fixed" setting in the building ini file does anything in use..?

@Adil3tr - a bit late for you, but yes I'm doing that. Not sure how it will go with capacity over demand, but it is very good.

I might increase the capacity of the largest cable car slightly to keep up with the otherwise used conveyor, does a great job tho :)

not sure you need the turbine gas plant tho for these to work.

Can you use cablecars to move resources on flatland? Like a replacement for trains?
