Faction Effects:
The Knights of Caledor's factionwide buffs from defeating the dragons are now permanent
Clan Eshin Schemes do not remove the agent/lord from the map
The Clan Pestilens landmark now allows recruitment of Plague Monks
Clan Pestilens spreads plagues with their T5 plague building
Clan Eshin clan contract effects boosted

Character Effects:
Deathmaster Snikch can turn into Tzarkan from start of campaign
Both Malus Darkblade and Deathmaster Snikch have Regeneration while in Tzarkan form
Lord Skrolk has regeneration

Misc. Effects:
Sword of Khaine no longer gives factionwide debuffs (aside from diplo penalty) and is transferrable
