Office building based on a real building in Kielce, Poland. Works as a city hall, but the main point is to reduce unemployment in bigger cities. Employs 125 workers.

Biurowiec wzorowany na prawdziwym budynku w Kielcach. Działa jako urząd miasta, ale głównym zastosowaniem jest zmniejszanie bezrobocia w większych miastach. Zatrudnia 125 pracowników.

The default one also has it defined in the code. They don't do anything.

Quick question: why do your office buildings have visitor amounts? As far as I can tell it does nothing.

No, don't upload it, please. It's too small a change and it doesn't look like an apartment building at all :P Way too big windows, way too tall floors, no balconies, etc.

Yes, replace 50 with the number of inhabitants you want.
