CE - Cluster HIVE Mortar

Adds the HIVE rocket launcher from Borderlands 2 as a handheld 3-burst mortar for your pawns to use.
- Uses pikemen shells (60mm)
Stats can be found in the second image.
Crafted at a Machining Table after researching CE's Heavy Weapons found in Turrets tab.

Vanilla compatibility?
I do not play vanilla combat and have no plans on creating a patch for it. You are encouraged to do it yourself, if you really want to.
