Prisoner No Interaction Alert

Description
Adds an alert to the game (right side of the screen) when you have one or more prisoners whose interaction is set to "Maintain Only" and is not set to "Hemogen Farm". Ignores quest-related and optionally unwavering prisoners.


Updates
01/30/2025: Ignore alert for imprisoned wild people marked for taming
08/06/2024: Add option to ignore unwavering prisoners (or not)
06/07/2024: Don't show the alert for prisoners who have been released and are walking away
04/24/2024: Fix alert to not show up when bloodfeed is selected
04/11/2024: Ignore unwavering prisoners
03/21/2024: Update to 1.5

@Sebster Just to be clear, you're asking for the option to *not* ignore unwavering prisoners? Unwavering prisoners are ignored already. Shouldn't be too difficult. I can probably do that today.
