Faster Build Times

Description
Buildings now take 33% less time to build for both Player and AI.
- Saved game compatible. (will not affect buildings already in construction)
- All mods compatible.
- Will work even if outdated.
- Works in multiplayer.

The turns required to build any building are now :
2 turns (base) -> 1 turns (mod)
3 turns (base) -> 2 turns (mod)
4 turns (base) -> 3 turns (mod)
5 turns (base) -> 3 turns (mod)
6 turns (base) -> 4 turns (mod)
etc

The way it works is by giving a 33% bonus in construction time through the difficulty settings for all difficulties

Known issues :
- For Nurgle and the cyclic buildings, only the initial construction time is faster, the number of turns for each cycle is not affected.
- Outpost construction time is not affected.
- When converting a building within the same tier, the construction time is not affected. (For instance when converting a gate to a bastion with Chaos factions.)
- Sometimes the building construction menu will display the base turns for buildings not yet constructed, as if the mod wasn't working. This is only a visual bug, it does work. Upgrading the settlement will make the correct times display.

I also want the mod that slows build times, it seems there isn't any mod to achieve that

Yes, it is easily tweakable ! You would have to change the negative value in the mod to a positive one.

Hi, thanks for this mod. I can see why people like it. But I would love to see a mod that does the exact opposite, and slows build times by a turn or two for all factions. Would it be possible to easily tweak this mod to accomplish that?

I guess if you wanted to have slower build times, you could just RPFM to reverse the value?

No, I selected an upgrade to build and it seemed to take the standard amount of time. I will do my best to tinker with it today and see if it works.

It does work, i assume you looked in the construction menu and noticed unchanged construction times, this is a visual bug. It gets fixed after upgrading your settlement or razing a building, nothing i can do about that.
