Cities with Govenors can provide +1 Culture, +1 Gold from each Citizen.

Idol Production:
Replace Broadcast Center.
Can provide more Culture and Gold when Powered.

One-day Sheriff:
Replace field cannon.
+10 Combat Strength when fight against with Scout or Light cavalry units.

1. Haruka Amami - Turn Into Dreams:
   +2 Production to Hills in your Capital and city with Government Plaza (Can be stacked).
   Melee units have no Movement penalty in Hill terrain, and when combat with enemy on Hills terrain, +15 Combat Strength, but -5 Combat Strength on flat land.
   Receive a second Giant Death Robot each time Haruka train a Giant Death Robot.
   
   
2. Chihaya Kisaragi - Blue Singer:
   +30% Culture to every city with the religion building founded by this civilization.
   Campus' adjancy bonus provide Faith and Culture too.
   Gain IMR-765-S Unit after defensive tactics.
   
   IMR-765-S:
   The unique unit of Chihaya as a leader. Replace swordman.
   +36 Combat Strength when defending.
   
   
3. Yukiho Hagiwara - Falling Stars on the Holy Night:
   All mineral resources' ore mine or quarry yield +2 Production and +1 Culture.
   Units are stealthy when located in Mines, Quarries, or Non-unique Improvements that provide a defense bonus (fort, etc.).
   
   
4. Yayoi Takatsuki - Good morning! Gohan:
   If a building has Gold in its base yield, the building can yield additional Food and Production equal to the base Gold yield.
   For every Trader you have, the Gold yield of Capital City is +100%.
   Non-capital cities -100% Gold yield.
   
   
5. Ritsuko Akizuki - Love Mikata:
   Each level of Governor (excluding the initial level) provide +2 Culture and +2 Gold for each Population in the city.
   If a city has a full level Governor or has built an Idol Production, the city can build 3 additional specialized districts and gain +50% Tourism bonus.
   
   
6. Azusa Miura - Sunny Color:
   Gain a Naturalist after built a Preserve District.
   Cities with Preserve District or national park, tiles with charm above "charming" +1 Food, Production, Gold, Faith, Science and Culture yield, if above "Breathtaking", +2 Food, Production, Gold, Faith, Science and Culture yield.</Text>
   
   
7. Iori Minase - Royal Straight Flush:
   For every Luxury Resource in civilization, the whole civilization gain +5% Science and Culture bonus.
   For every Luxury Resource in a city, the city gain +5% Gold bonus.
   Every time a Great Merchant is gained, all tiles with Luxury Resource will have +1 Gold and +1 Culture yield per turn.</Text>
   
   
8. Makoto Kikuchi - Missing Mind:
   All Melee and Anti-cavalry units +1 additional attack per turn if Movement allows, and do full damage to the city's Walls.
   Anti-cavalry units gain extra 4 times Support bonus when defending.
   
   
9. Ami Futami & Nami Futami - Twin Idols:
   Receive a second Civilian Unit each time you train a Civilian Unit by Production.
   If city has Government Plaza, the city will receive 2 civilian units each time you train a Civilian Unit by Production in this city.
   Spy operations take 25% less time.
   
   
10. Miki Hoshii - Furufuru Future:
    All History Moments get +1 Extra Point.
    All Food, Production, Gold, Faith, Science and Culture yields, Population growth and Great people points +10% output in Golden age.
    But all Combat Units -7 Combat Strength in Dark Age.
    
    
11. Hibiki Ganaha - Rebellion:
    Gain 4 Horses and Iron resources per turn.
    All Cavalry units starts with 1 free Promotion.
    Stable and Zoo +4 Production, +4 Culture, +1 Favor per turn.
    
    
12. Takane Shijou - Ramen Princess:
    Unit in Friendly territory +7 Combat Strength. Land Trade Routes are immune to plunder.
    Enemy spy missions are reduced by 2 levels.
    When capture or kill an enemy Spy, receive 100 Culture for every level of the enemy Spy.
    "One-day Sheriff" unique units starts with 1 free Promotion.
