Description
This DLL contains and will contain all necessary modifications for my mods, if you have any suggestions for modifications / new functions you can send it to me here.

If you already use custom code in a DLL or if you have some, you can send it to me here, I will add it to the DLL.

If you are a modder and want to know what the DLL adds, you will find the documentation here.

If you encounter a bug, report it here.

If you want to use this DLL in your mod I authorize you to do so, however, you do not have the authorization to put the DLL file directly in your mod. If you want to use it, you have to put your mod depend on mine.

Is this DLL compatible with whoward's picknmix mods? I know that only one DLL will work at a time, so I'm just wondering if you've incorporated his DLL into yours.

you can try deleting the game cache folder in Documents\MyGame\Civilization V\
it can help if not you can try to unsubscribe, launch the game, go to the mod section wait 30 sec for the game to update its database, close the game, resubscribe to the mod and restart the game and go to the mod menu and wait 30 sec for the game to retrieve the information

I've attempted to use your canals mod, unfortunately you dll mod doesn't come up in the mod selection window of civ5, was wondering if you had any suggestion to get it to do so.
