Description
Lancastia is back?!

Yes! This is the Lancastia you knew and (probably) loved! She was taken down by steam three weeks ago for an unkown reason, we suspect it was the link to our discord server which doesn't exist anymore.

INFINITE ELECTRIC REQUIRED!

How do I start the engines?
Go to the boiler room and start the 2 boilers.
The speed is controlled from the two levers in the bridge.
Wait 2 minutes to get the desired pressure in the steam system.

How do I sink her?
There's a button located on the bridge.

Lore

Lancastia was the second, and last, ship of the Londonia class ships.
The Londonia class ships were built due to the need for faster passenger ships.
While this class was seen as an experiment, and only one ship was planned to be built, the ship was noticeably faster than other ships, so they built a second ship, the Lancastia.
Her construction started in 1897 and she was completed by 1900.
Her construction took a bit longer than the construction of her sister ship, the Londonia, due to the ship having a more complex interior and exterior, with a lot less empty space.
There was also an incident where the Londonia lost her bridge in a storm and an two people were killed, so they had to rebuild the bridge on Lancastia.
She had her maiden voyage the same year she was completed.
She would serve the Liverpool - New York route for her whole career.
On May 19. she started her route from Liverpool to New York. This time, the ship went a route that was closer to the south coast of Ireland.
On May 20. she scraped an underwater rock in her port side and instantly started taking on water.
It was midnight and many passengers were still asleep.
Then the ship started listing heavily, the crew started preparing the port side lifeboats and the stewards were told to wake up the passengers.
The ship then started sinking quickly, the bow was underwater just 17 minutes after the collision.
The ship then started plunging, just a minute after the last port side lifeboat had been launched.
Of the 613 people onboard, only 162 survived the sinking.

The Londonia continued the route from Liverpool to New York for the next years.
Passengers didn't like travelling with her, due to the incident of the ship losing her bridge and her sister ship sinking, killing many people.
In WWI, the ship was hit by a torpedo and almost sank, she had to sail back to Liverpool.
She was then refloated and was scrapped in 1927.

Special thanks to DerZyschopath for bug fixes and sinking system.

And special thanks to Jesse Gillett for making two videos about the ship.

@RedOrchestra
when i tried making sinking switches for my ships [all private and not uploaded, im still learning the game] i got the sinking to work by placing it on the sides.

Maybe you could change the sink doors on the side? (for example the starboard or port side). That may work.. could it?

Do you need to open or close anything for the slow sink? because it gets to a certain point when it just stops sinking.
