Disable Hyper Relay Tech

Description
This mod disables the Hyper Relay technology for players and AI and disables their construction, and disables traversal through existing Hyper Relays.

A person may want this to change how their game plays, or improve performance since Hyper Relays supposedly add lag to the end game by complicating the AI pathfinding.

If you load this into a save game, all existing Hyper Relays will be disabled for traversal but they will still provide the bonuses to planets such as stability and migration. You will also still have access to the edicts.

Base game:
  • Hyper Relay technology has a permanent 0% chance of appearing.
  • Hyper Relays cannot be built. Ruined Hyper Relays cannot be restored.
  • Hyper Relays and Restored Hyper Relays cannot be traversed
  • Relay Bypass is disabled

Gigastructural Engineering & More (3.4):
  • Giga Hyper Relay and Hyper Relay AI Site cannot be built and cannot be traversed

There is a small problem.
If you have the DLC "Astral Planes", then from the middle of the game you will always have a notification for one of the decrees for magic astral threads...

I just downloaded this mod and when I restarted and reloaded my existing game all of my dormant hyper relays were listed in the megastructure outliner (where they never appeared before). This makes the outliner much less useful. Does anyone know how to fix this?

These relays are the only one I wish to disable. Not the others

thanks, I play with alot of mods and generally my own FTL methods are way faster than hyperrelays but the ^pathfinding always prioritize the use of it, even when it's faster to just not take them
