Otherwise, its a great guide
There's one error I found, in the cathedral code (trophies entry #2) you're missing an input: it should be left, up, left, up, right, up, left, up, right, down, right, right, up, right, down, left, DOWN, right, down, left, down, left.
(Also, you don't need to do it at night and come back during the day, because if you have the code written down like it is here, you can just go during the day and open the door from the back!)
Plus, one code randomizer folks might want that isn't in here: the fake trophy chest at the East Forest Hero's Grave, which is up, down, up, down, left, right, left, right, up, down, left, right. Relatively easy to memorize, but still nice to have for completeness.
The so called False Fairy spell that is clearly shown in the section of the book talking about fairies is a must for hunting the fairies down and not pulling your hair out in frustration. Not only is it a good way of finding them, but it also makes someone focus on the given location, since almost all the clues to solve it are within sight.
Oh, on my other play throughs, this guide was great for getting though stuff I've already done, since my notes weren't exactly the most well ordered after my first pass.
Saying that, I'd hate to leave you wondering... :)
11 - I had kinda brute forced this one. There were four different symbols so assumed each one was a direction and after a few trial and errors, got it.
16, 17 and 19 are very similar. The groups of objects on each side of the centre piece tell you the direction. So looking at 17, the flowers are the clue. There is a single flower on the left side, thats 1, so first move is left. Then there is a group of 2 flowers on the bottom, so second move is down... and so on and so on.
There's a manual page that tells you the fairy code to find them as well. In each area, tap in the code and if there is still a fairy in the area, you will see three little guiding lights showing you a clue.
People using this to refresh on what they've already done should give this a like.
