I actually was originally using the merged mod however the machine guns having a more projectile feel seems to conflict with the Mech Assault mod.

Hey there.
This mod will certainly conflict with Dark's, as my mods change some - to nearly all - aspects of weapons. (I went to Dark's mod page and read their description, and what they described matches up perfectly as conflicts.)
Unfortunately, there is no way to make the two compatible as far as I'm aware, so it is likely impossible for them to be used in conjunction with one-another. I wish things were different (PGI allowing for mod-merging and other flexibility), but that's just the way it is. Sorry.
By the way, this mod is out-of-date, in case you weren't aware, so, if you want to use my mod in its most recent state, use the "Re-balanced and Expanded Weapons" mod.
Thanks.
You do not have to take the risk to see it, but that is about all I'm aware of that I can do. If there is another option, I will investigate incorporating it; otherwise, all I can do is give you my word. I wouldn't spend all of this work and meticulous crafting just to con people, as there'd be much easier ways to do so (although that is also still something that can only be taken of as my word.)
