Solar farms generally have multiple rows of solar packs, or battery racks to help store and contain the energy converted from the sun for use when the grid needs it.
The game has no native way to store energy for emergencies when you need it during a brownout/blackout, so instead this asset generates a small amount of electricity, under 1MW. That means the game will show 0MW, because the asset produces kW instead of MW.
The conversion, storage, and AC units within these racks all produce a very small amount of noise, but low enough in game that it won't bother residential areas if you do use these near housing zones.
