Descripción
Adds a stockpile category for all items that can rot unless frozen, except corpses (including all modded items).

Technical
In order for the filter to include meat, it has to be patched in DefDatabase, big thanks to Imranfish who made the meat patch.
DefDatabase patching is done using XML Extensions (https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2574315206), which is therefore required.

It's not working with meals when paired with [FSF] FrozenSnowFox Tweaks' better food filters patch

@CTH2004 its a stockpile category. When you make a freezer and create a stockpile for it, you can add all rottable items to it with one click

@Lumi MercuryDoll never had that. Perhaps because mine is at the bottom of the list. You aren't really meant to open it anyway, it is a filter after all, but if you open it there seems to be no issue in closing it. If you try it, tell me if it works for you
