scroll your mouse wheel back then you will see your character then you press the ~ key and click on your player then enter "kill"

Hey, I was promised "how to help" in the subtitle, but there's no information on how to help people. Granted, in the wasteland 80% of the people you meet try to kill you, so helping them is done with the left mouse button, as in "I see that you're unfriendly, so here's a 10mm vaccine for that." Which is totally unlike real life, where the vaccine only kills a few people (but still more than the disease).
