Only "toolpack without the errors", but it remains if I turn it off. Are you unable to replicate it?

Nice mod, but when used with Red Flood there's a cat in a bucket (assuming it's some sort of error image it defaults to) that covers up the ruling party popularity and a bit of the screen. Would be cool if you could fix it.. C:
