if you scout people with the wager active and they die to a friendly it counts as an enemy destroyed in the wager.... i dont think many people actually know this. also if its not meant to be this way then it shouldnt say enemy destroyed by intel soooo yeah scout people ---> them dying while scouted ---> enemy destroyed by intel ----> wager :D
