Larger Gas Reservoirs


Ever wonder why the Liquid Reservoir holds 5000kg while the Gas Reservoir only holds 150kg? Well, now you don't have to wonder.
This mod changes the Gas Reservoir to hold the same amount as the Liquid Reservoir.


To configure the amount

Press Win + R and type in %AppData%, go back one file and proceed to the next step.

To change the amount held by the gas reservoir, you would need to go into your AppData --> Local --> BDR --> ONI --> LargerGasReservoir
Then open the text file (Values.txt) and change the value from 5000 (Mod default) to another value of your choosing.

I am currently working on another way to change the value, but this will have to do for now.

@SadCarot and @Xyttra I have added a way to change the value, currently it is a bit tedious and a bit burdensome to do, instructions are in the description. But I am working on another way to configure it.

It says 5t but after building it becomes 600kg

Hey, sorry to bother you, but can you tell me how I can set the gas resivor capacity to something less OP like 500kg?

Hey there, I tested the mod on release build 526946 and it works fine, for me at least. Can you check to see if the mod is enabled. If it is enabled you might have to check your game logs for any signs of an error or error codes. If you find an error you can post it here, I will try my best to fix it promptly.

Would it be possible to get an update for this mod for the latest version? I miss this so much and the only other storage mod I found has a tiny capacity :(

Can we have a feature where we can choose something in-between? I personally would rather 1000 but I feel any more in an unpowered reservoir would be unrealistic.
