Population Experiments Part 1.1

Part 1.1 of the Population Experiments. In this first part, I've created a new City in Lancashire, England, with a population of over 20 million inhabitants. Compared to the 8 million people in London, this is by far the biggest city in England, the UK or Europe, and among the top ten biggest cities in the World. The city's name is Argleton, and there are no football teams or stadiums in the city. Will any emerge? Will any move there? Will any future stars come from this city? How will it affect other Lancashire teams, will they see a boost in support? Will Englands population boost make the England national teams a superpower of World Football?

Spoilers: Previous attempts at this experiment in FM 17 and 20 have not yielded any significant results. There is currently no mechanic to create new teams in FM, and teams do not move between cities, although it does occasionally happen in real life.
