Description
My personal edit of Chell.

Features:
- Added lods.
- Jiggleboned attachments.
- Removed two unused materials.
- Reskin system: materials/models/survivors/chell/reskins.
- Renamed materials to match the way the rest of the survivors are named.
- Moved all the materials to their own folder (so they're not in Rochelle's anymore).

Other versions: Bill, Coach, Francis, Nick, Rochelle.

I don't take mod requests.

My version was pretty outdated compared to the original, i decided to re-make it from scratch. I will upload my texture edits separately later tho.
