Performance Test Run - GWR King

Description
This is a Standard Scenario for the Myddleton Junction workshop route.

This morning you are in charge of GWR King Class steam locomotive 6023 King Edward 2. This locomotive has recently been overhauled and you are to take it on its first fast run with an express passenger train to test its speed and performance. You drive to Berryford and then do a complete circuit of the main line and finish at Myddleton Junction.

This scenario can be completed in approx. 25 minutes.

DLC required:
- Myddleton Junction workshop route.
- The Riviera Line in the Fifties.

Hello tonix. The highest speed I could manage was 78 mph which is disappointing for a locomotive which I would expect to do 100+ mph without much effort. Runs well up to about 60 mph but then struggles to gain speed. Thanks for commenting.

many other steam trains on the myddleton so it was a great szenario.
but i'm not the best "Racer" ..77 mp/h was my peak.
