Description

Pickaxes harvest everything (Updated for Age of Sorcery)

-Pickaxes harvests like a pick, axe, sickle, skinning knife, and cleaver!

-Added Iron Pickaxe (item, feat, recipe, etc)
-Added Hardened Steel Pickaxe (item, feat, recipe, etc)
-Added Obsidian Pickaxe (item, feat, recipe, etc)

VISUALLY SPEAKING, these additional pickaxes are just modified version of its steel counterpart. THIS MAY GET UPDATED in the future, but for now, I wanted to get the files in place.

NAMING SCHEME is based on my other mod NameSortingImprovement.

Yeah, they borked. I just got eldarium from a meteorite. Please fix if able.

I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug, or a mod conflict with another, however I just noticed now that Hardened Steel Pickaxes and up don't mine Star Metal Ores. I have to switch to a normal Pick in order to mine them.
