Report a translation problem
It's because those Infinities create items directly, without an entity in between.
To stop duplication, all I do is prevent those entities (Block, Projectlie, Wall, ...) from dropping items, but I can't do this here.
The best I could do would be to disable those Infinities when "Prevent Item Duplications" is Enabled but I would not be satisfied with this.
I've done some quick testing with Calamity and it seemed fine.
