I have renamed my campaigns so that they do not fall foul of certain restrictions.

Terror by night! The township of Baile Foraise is dying. Once a small and thriving community. Baile Foraise has become a maze of locked doors and frightened faces. Strangers are shunned, trade has withered. Rumors flourish, growing wilder with each retelling. Terrified peasants flee their homes, abandoning their farms with no explanation. Others simply disappear...
No one seems to know the cause of the decay — why are there no clues? Who skulks through the twisted shadows of the night? Who or what Is behind the doom that has overtaken the village? It will take a brave and skillful band of adventurers to solve the dark riddle of Baile Foraise!


My take on Against the Cult of the Reptile God set in my own setting or Eiru. Eiru is basically fantasy Ireland
The game should take you about 20-30 hours based on my playthroughs. It has been extensivley tested and updated but I am sure there are tweaks I can make
Starts at level 1 and ends at level 10-11.

- Multiple different types of environment
- 50 interactive dialogs with NPCs
- Custom merchants depending on location
- Customized monsters, NPCs, and Journals
- Huge volume of optional lore to interact with
- Balanced encounters tested against all builds
- Recommend a mixed party
- Puzzles and mysteries to solve
- Must own the Lost Valley DLC to play it
- About 30 hours of play
- Interactive dialog that updates depending on your actions.
- Backgrounds, races, classes and personality flags also change dialogs options

Role Play heavy and balanced encounters

My hints:

You may need to speak to NPCs multiple times. The conversations can update depending on your progress
You can easily wander in to areas above your level to deal with - sometimes retreat is an option
Yes - I have included my homage to the Delian Tomb by Matt Colville - you can ignore this quest but it will make things a little harder for you and bring you up to about level 3

Quality of life updates

When you need to update, you should get a notification when loading the save that there has been an update or a version conflict.

1. Click the option "FROM DISK".
2. Do not click "From Save" option.

I just completed "Depths of Darkness" (which was very well done) and ended at level 5. I thought "Against the Cult" was next (starting at 5th or 6th level), but I was apparently mistaken.

This is an amazing campaign. Ton of stuff to do and little things to interact with that make the world feel alive. I am genuinely shocked by how good this is. Hats off to you!

You done good, I'm still playing this one, now level 5 and getting exciting...wow for a very first this is extremely impressive, hope you make more, I will prolly rerun this one on ironman mode later

@gonzo.gygax: Thanks very much, Means a lot considering this was not only my first Solasta campaign - but the first time I ever designed any sort of game. I bit off more than I can chew - but was very impressed with the power of the engine.
Working on a mega dungeon at the moment and I hope to release it this year.

My compliments, I have only played a few hours of this but already it stands out against the rest: great atmosphere, balanced gear, challenging and exciting, atmospheric compact maps without long loading times, the list goes on: excellent NPC dialogue and loads of extra's like books with descriptions of the world, attention to detail. I recommend this big-time. Take my Steam Points :)

@jbehnken : Ye\ah - it is a tough battle. I had it balanced for a kitted out level 10 party. Your rogue just triggered the activation that was meant after the battle. This was written well before NPCs were able to join the party so I am afraid you will get no help from them!

@pbalfe Just got done playing this and had a blast. It was tough, but that made finishing it all the better :) Looking at the workshop and seeing people had adapted old modules was part of what made me pull the trigger on buying Solasta. Good job.

@jbehnken - That's funny, my party was Paladin/Druid/Rogue/Warlock. It was a fight for sure. I just got lucky after replaying a few handfuls of times. I think the druids are there to wrap up the story, so I wouldn't rely so much on them.

First of, wow. Best campaign ever! Wonderful job through and through. Real attention to continuity and a beautiful job paying homage to old school modules. Thank you!!!
So - I'm on the last battle - and suffering a whole lot. Playing Fighter/Druid/Rogue/Warlock party. All 10th level. Out of desperation, I turned my rogue invisible and ran him all the way to the back. Opened the door and voila - Druids and Elves all over the place! A rescue party!! No such luck. They all just stood around doing nothing, which was sad. Did I miss something or simply jump the gun on bringing them to the game?

Thanks very much @Refinersfire. My very first campaign I wrote, they very first of anything I designed. Its rough around the edges - but seemed to get a good response!
