A simple guide to get you started or upgrade your Genitalia theme inventory

Intro

So you want to have a genitalia theme inventory. I get it. You just turned 12 years old three days ago and started puberty a week prior. You have excessive testosterone supply so now you're experimenting with different things. Or perhaps, you're an edgy Twitter coomer looking for some spiciness in your life. Either way, you came to the right place. This guide will walk you through some NSFW skin patterns that you can get for CSGO.

Contents of this guide will be split into three categories: Weapon Skins, Stickers, and Knives. Some patterns will OG famous patterns and some might new to you as it was new to me. So go grab a snack and/or drink (not your step sister weirdo) and enjoy.

**Disclamer: This is not a tier list. This guide is a permanent work in progress simply because there are more unknown patterns out there waiting to be discovered. I will try to update this regularly as new patterns become known to me. As for pricing, stickers pricing can be found on CSGO Db. But with weapon skins and knives, negotiations are up to you and the seller. Prices can and will fluctuate so use your best judgement. But if you're lucky, you can snipe some patterns for market price**

Weapon Skins

AWP | BOOM (C0CK Pattern)

The AWP BOOM was released in eSports 2013 case back in August of 2013. It was one of the two OG genitalia skins. Its design was based on comic pop arts and was an instant hit with the community.

Certain pattern seed have the word CRACK near the thumb hole of the AWP and in some instance the RA gets cut off leaving C0CK as result. According to this guide by LaNombre , there are 18 c0ck patterns available for this skin. Check out the link above for the full guide as well as pattern IDs on this skin.

Five-SeveN | Kami (Vajayjay Patterns)

The Five-SeveN Kami is second of the OG genitalia skins. It was also released in 2013, although a little bit later than the AWP BOOM, in the Winter Offensive Weapon Case. Coincidentally, the design was also inspired by comic books.

There are three seeds for this gun where the female genitalia can be seen on the back of the pistol slide and they are the following:

#662 was dubbed the Lady Pattern by TDM Heyzeus due to the female genitalia and curvatures that resemble hips and legs. (I personally call it the Shakira Pattern because those Hips Don't Lie)

#909 pattern is one of two close up view of the female genitalia. It feature the the legendary location that most men can only dreamt of finding: the cl1toris. Arguably the most famous female genitalia pattern and very highly sought after. (I name this pattern the MILF Pattern)

#590 is the second of two close up genitalia pattern. It is relatively new due to its existence was discovered later than the other two patterns. This pattern contain less detail than its predecessor but does feature a bush on the iron sight. (I refer to this seed as the Virgin Pattern)

These two OG genitalia skins are available in both Normal and Stattrak versions. These patterns have also made a special appearance in a TDMHeyzeus's video, therefore generally a bit more well known in the community.

UMP-45 | Scorched (Male Genitalia)

This skin is part of the Overpass collection and was released in July of 2014 alongside Operation Breakout. According to CSGO Database,the Overpass collection wasn't dropped in game till Operation Bloodhound and have stopped dropping since Operation Hydra. However, the Souvenir versions can still be obtained via Souvenir packages.

This skin is one of two relatively unknown patterns and is seems to based on scorched remains of a fire. On certain seed, the male reproductive organ can be seen clearly on the body as well as covering the majority of the gun. The seed in question is pattern 775. This skin is available in both Normal and Souvenir versions.

Tec-9 | Cracked Opal (Male Genitalia)

This skin is second of the unknown patterns but is in the highly popular Spectrum 2 case. Released in September of 2017 but remained one of the most loved case to this day.

As the name suggested, this gun based its design on broken rocks. Seed number 832 bring a whole new meaning being "rock hard" as the male member can be seen at the back of the pistol grip. This pattern is also available in both Normal and Stattrak versions just like the AWP and Five-SeveN.

Stickers

DickStacy

Oliver "DickStacy" Tierney is a retired Astralian CSGO pro player that played for Grayhound Gaming and later Renegades. While playing for Grayhound during 2019, DickStacy qualified for both IEM Katowice and the Starladder Berlin Majors which gave the community the highly coveted DickStacy autograph stickers. Although his controversial original design was rejected by Valve, the design that was accepted ascended into legendary status.


There are 6 variants of DickStacy stickers but his Kato '19 Gold variant is the most sought after and most expensive. His stickers can bought as unapplied or preapplied in the form of souvenir skins.

shroud

Michael "shroud" Grzesiekis a retired Canadian CSGO pro player who spent the majority of his career with Cloud9. Shroud was known for his world class mechanics and crispy aim but his sticker game is even more legendary. His autograph stickers very old school and vaguely form the male genitalia.


With shroud having played in four Majors, there are variety of options available for purchases. Unfortunately, unapplied gold stickers were first introduced for the Krakow 2017 Major making shroud gold stickers extremely rare and expensive since it was his last Major appearance. There are souvenir skins available as well to crave your gold autograph cravings.

Hello UMP-45

This sticker was introduced in the Recoil Sticker Collection and was released during Operation Broken Fang. Its design was based on the UMP-45 recoil pattern and was made to look like an "elephant".


Honourable Mentions:

The following stickers have conflicting opinions on whether or not the are genitalia shaped. It is up to you to determine if you would consider them genitalia shape.

Knives

Huntsman Case Hardened #190

Arguably the most famous genitalia pattern skin to be discovered. It is the holy grail of genitalia collecting. It is the only known example of genitalia pattern where the male reproductive organ is seen on both side of the knife due to the Huntsman having a mirrored finish on both playside and inspect side. We have made a more in depth guide you can find here.









Ursus Case Hardened #190

Discovered and showcased by a YouTuber named Arrow, the Ursus is successor to the Huntsman, due to both genitalia patterns being the pattern #190. It features a huge display in the middle of the blade but sadly, only on the playside. But copying its predecessor means this pattern was bounded to have some controversies. A certain sale was done and the community had mixed thoughts about the situation at the time, but the drama have long passed and the pattern became somewhat forgotten.






M9 Case Hardened #223

This pattern was discovered by borde02 and was also showcased to the community by Arrow in one of his shorts. It features the upside down version of the genitalia pattern in middle of the blade on the playside. This M9 is only knife with an upside down genitalia pattern at this time.











Bayonet Case Hardened

Bayonet knives are really unique out of all the known genitalia patterns because it is the only knife with three known patterns. One playside pattern and two inspect side patterns. Playside pattern feature unique positioning while both inspect side patterns have the standard middle of blade format.

#977 is currently the only known playside male genitalia pattern for the Bayonet. It was brought to the spotlight by Thicc Squiward. Despite being the one making the pattern more publicly known, Thicc Squidward credited this find to a chat message from TDM Heyzeus's stream. The #977 pattern feature the male genitalia just above the hilt/handle of the knife. While idling in game, the positioning of the pattern makes it look like the character hand is holding the body part.







#171 is one of two inspect side genitalia patterns. Arguably the inferior pattern out of the two options due to only having one testicle showing and smaller size pattern. Was made known by famous collector Mclaren't.












#232 is the second of the two inspect side genitalia. Due to better pattern positioning and sizing, one could argue this pattern is superior of the two inspect side patterns. It is uncertain when or who found this particular pattern due to my negligence in keeping track when it was discovered. The most recent person to mention this pattern is CheffeELJefe.









Flip Case Hardened #971

This Flip Knife pattern was discovered by Arrow once again but was never publicly shown by anyone including Arrow himself. Due to the small blade size of the Flip Knife, the pattern takes up a majority of the blade but unfortunately is slightly cut off (similar to Bayonet #171).











Honourable Mentions:

The following knives have conflicting opinions on whether or not the are genitalia shaped. It is up to you to determine if you would consider them genitalia shape.

Gut Case Hardened #363

Made famous by Mclaren't and was featured in a TDM Heyzeus's shorts. it was given the nicknames: Discounted McSkillet Pattern and the Mclaren't Pattern. It is an honourable mention due to the irregular pattern not consistent with prior patterns.












BFK Case Hardened #12

Was discovered and showcased by Molly. Just like the Gut Knife above it features a pattern similar to the male genitalia but has a weird shaft. Unlike the Gut Knife, Case Hardened patterns on Butterfly Knives are mirrored so this pattern can be seen on both sides of blade. It is an honourable mention due to the irregular pattern not consistent with prior patterns.

Congratulations, you made it to the end of the guide. By now, you will have seen more genitalia pixels than a ecchi harem anime. So before you go out and spend all your money on this collection, remember to commit Jame Time. After acquiring funds, strive to achieve post-nut clarity before buying for better decision making. Whether it's beating the meat or flicking the bean, use your ascended state of mind to reflect on your decisions to follow the path of genitalia.
