Update: Unfortunately, I am also still experiencing the issue with the AI traversing half the map with multiple armies to attack a human (which imo, is simply unrealistic). I have re-examined the tables and I am quite sure the bias modifier I put on is simply too high in comparison with the other values for everything else the AI does. I believe this can be fixed by only changing a few tables, but how much to change them is the issue. This mod will remain as is for those who like it, but for those who want this mod with less (imo) unrealistic AI behavior, please go to this version (which I will be testing and tweaking and could use feedback with):

AI shouldn't be taking battles it is likely to lose. I haven't seen the AI take any battles that are - for the player - above a pyrrhic victory

bigest problem what im notice when testing AI mods and owerall vanil AI , AI dosent make logical wars and newer grow up as a big faction . dont know if that is diplomacy part problem too .

As far as the AI ignoring it's own territory to go after the player, I had a Dwarf game where Aranessa Saltspite came over to the Karaz-a-Karak to attack me. She had nothing other than Sartossa (and a bunch of ruins).

This was on Hard. Overall it seems about right, though Albrect instantly declaring war on me as I was trying out Wulfhart was a bit of a WTF moment. Still better than the AI just taking a nap while I roll over them, though Albrect was losing everything to Harkon, so... maybe not better for him and his one city.
