This is a near fully functioning aircraft carrier that can store up to 18+ aircraft on it.

CAPABILITIES
This thing has an average speed of around 14 knots and combined with multiple rudders and a powerful stopping system, this thing has particularly good stopping and turning capabilities for its size.

FEATURES
It has many features including sonar, radar, long range sonar, long range radar, lidar, and a fully functioning map. It has lights, many lights actually and a working catapult and a wire catch system to stop the planes from flying off of the deck.

ELECTRICAL
There is also a nuclear reactor that powers the ship as well as some solar panels for background electrical consumption. I hate to say it but the reactor and solar panels do not fully power the ship when the engines are running so you may need infinite electric on. I have tried to fix this problem but I cant. The reactor is simple to operate, all you have to do is use a lever to control the insertion of the control rods.
