This has a compact shield gen that is exclusive to Reforged

Out of curiosity, what are the differences between this version and the reforged version. I just started a vanilla play through and am looking for a CV

@CmdrStagger, @NotDeadyet. There is free space on the left side of the WarpDrive. You may move Pentaxid Tank there. Also there is room for Fuel Tank above this this empy space. So you may move fuel tank there. And there will be any radiation any more on the bridge. The only place with radiation will be service tunnel. This can't be changed without redisigning ship.

Nice thing....about having the motion signal break and tying the blast doors for the hanger to the "landed". It now opens and closes with the gear, and I don't have to hear those things operate.

LOL... too funny. My determination of what was wrong was not correct. A motion sensor triggers the doors not the lights or gear. For some reason I was thinking the hanger door originally operated when landed. Making me think they were tied to that through a chain of signals. Couldn't find the "hanger" signal anywhere I was thinking the chain was leading. Just not sure what goes wrong with the motion sensors on hanger doors. Remembered I also came to the same conclusion after trying to solve it in those other ships.... motion signals around landing areas tend to break. Possibly because of vessels parked within their range.

Think I fixed the logic and found why it broke. Blast doors were tired to "hanger", not "landed". I'm not sure what "hanger" is... Might be tied to the lights... which would break the logic if, like I did, toggle the lights ON/OFF independently. I set them to the same signal as the ramp "hanger", and it works again. LOL what else might of caused it... which I've done myself... you might have had those lights in a separate device folder but auto-grouped a bunch of stuff after you did the redesign which pushed those lights back into the main folder for lights.... making it easy to break the logic chain. Just a guess. Would explain why the other ships I mentioned also failed shortly... I auto-grouped the devices after a slight alteration.

Great job Spanj, though not a 1p pilots ship, and once again the signal logic constantly fails shortly after using the ship. It must be ditched completely in order to get the ramps and blast doors to work again. Set them up with some simple motion sensors and it works correctly again. So far every ship that has used the signal logic to do multiple things... .it never works. This one, Warchain, and Albatross.... the logic system breaks and it never works again until ditched. But a very nice design for it's size. Just don't like flying around with the doors open and ramps down, having to manually close them due to a bad signal logic system. Occasionally on a reload they'll work again, but soon after it's back to non-functioning signal logic.

Is there something that can be done about the radiation spike at the top of the elevator? I'm in vanilla and I really like this ship so far, but that radiation business is kind of annoying.
Is there a material that can shield it?
What needs to be moved that's causing it? Can that be moved to the bottom of the ship?
Otherwise, I've been getting my Volos settled in and ready for its first real run.

Got this a couple of days ago (Real Time) on my latest run through.
Negatives:
Hanger doors are driving me mad - the noise (not your fault) and the intermittent automation.
Rad spikes on the Bridge (just outside the Shower) and in the 'elevators'
Weird 'angling' I have to do in order to hit a target - this is a real pain in the ass.
Positives:
It's a great, versatile 'little' design with huge storage and it's not too power hungry - it wasn't before I accidentally installed a T2 Hull Shield (which is one greedy b'stard) - well that and the Advanced Constructor.
Overall, I give it a 7.5/10
---- Thank you for your time and effort.

The Gieger Counter has gotten on my nerves too much. I deem this vessel unusable.
