Hard & Very Hard Difficulty minor nerf

This mod removes the reload boost the AI gets and removes your leadership debuff on hard and very hard. All the other difficulty changes are left alone (so playing on hard or very hard will still give AI troops most of their CA buffs). This mod is for someone who does want harder battles on hard and very hard difficulty, but wants a little bit less cheese from the AI and doesn't want his or her own troops to have a leadership debuff.

The buffs remaining from CA's files are:
Hard:
AI leadership: +4
Charge Bonus: 1.05x
Melee Attack: 1.05x
Melee Damage: 1.05x
Melee Defense: 1.05x

Very Hard:
AI leadership: +8
Charge Bonus: 1.1x
Melee Attack: 1.1x
Melee Damage: 1.1x
Melee Defense: 1.1x

The buffs/debuffs removed from CA's files are:
Hard:
Missile Reload Additional: 10%
Player units leadership debuff: -2

Very Hard:
Missile Reload Additional: 20%
Player units leadership debuff: -4

Like all GOW mods, this mod has been cleaned to minimize potential conflicts with other mods. This means my mod will not accidentally overwrite someone else's mod changes in an unrelated area. My mod will only conflict with mods that change the exact same things I do.
