Description
With the release of AOW4 I'm sorry to say these mods will no longer be supported.

This mod adds new unit mods to the game.

A Note before using this mod, This is best used with the NEXUS mod and works in the same way to do damage conversions.

Damage converting in AOW:PF is limited and converting 20% of the damage is the best balanced low-cost way to do this.

Changing damage types as mods do in the base game requires several manually made properties for EACH weapon that can use that damage converting mod so obviously we use a different method.

At the moment this adds some damage converting mods for Weapon Techs.

Explosives:
Explosive Toxic - Bio damage and inflict poison - Unlocks on Thermodynamics

Lasers:
Shrink Ray - Arc damage and inflict Shrunken - Unlocks on Photon Acceleration

Psionic:
Focus Discharge - Arc damage - inflict Electrified - Unlocks on Dominion of Afflictions

Arc:
High Frequency Arc Module - Kinetic Damage - inflicts Crippled - Unlocks on Electron Impact

Biochemical:
Infusion Volatile - Thermal Damage - inflicts Burning - Unlocks on Volatile Afflictions Tech

Assembly:
Toxin Nanites Ammunition - Biochemical Damage - Inflicts Debilitating Infection - Unlocks on Toxic Applications

Buggy, equipment mod comes up for weapons it cannot be used for.

Shame the Toxin Nanites Ammunition are not on the firearms tree, would of love using them on the vanguard/Xenoplague

I'm looking for mods adding triggerable abilities, I think they are more fun. Is it harder to do than damaging ones?

It depends what you mean by compatible. They shouldn't crash as long you use the NEXUS mod but are they balanced? not realty.

It's possible that there was a bug I fixed shortly after release, steam is TERRIBLE at updating mods to new versions.
