Mod Description
Adds 4 UNSC carriers to help flush out UNSC fleets. One is cannon, one is fandom based off of a cannon design, and two I made up. They have no intirours, nor have i armed them, they are just designed as simple background props. Some objects are scripted to have there scale adjusted once the scenario starts, so don't be worried if they don't look the exact same in the editor as they do in the pictures. I've had to split the lore between the change logs and the description as i couldn't fit it all in one place without leaving a great amount of it out.

Epoch-Class Heavy Carrier
- The Epoch-class heavy carrier is the heaviest variety of carrier in service behind only the immense supercarriers, the Epoch class' tonnage exceeds that of both the Poseidon and the Orion classes. Often forming the core of most UNSC Battlegroups during the Insurrection and early parts of the Human-Covenant war, the heavy carrier can pack a punch against Innie ships and even smaller Covenant vessels, but was not intended to deal much damage on its own in ship-to-ship combat with larger enemy capital ships. Instead, its sizable fighter capacity and thick armour were intended to allow it to function as a battlegroup leader, soaking up extreme amounts of damage in combat while it replenished the battlegroup's fighter swarms. As the Human-Covenant War dragged on, it became clear that previous vessels were under-gunned when compared to the fierce ships fielded by the Covenant Empire. As many of the UNSC's carriers were destroyed in combat, or being retired from service do to obsolescence, it left a large hole in the UNSC's carrier arsenal, and it was filled with the Epoch-class Heavy Carrier. Widely distinguished as a rugged & versatile beast of a flagship for any battlegroup, the class would be one of few ships to have been in service since before the war, endure through, and continue to serve after. Its versatile & wide spread usage over such a long span of time has led the class to have multiple configurations, changes such as redesigned engine layouts, additional long range sensor, or extra armour platting and weapons could drastically change it's appearance. ( Note: one such heavy configured, the UNSC Atlas, is what the Athens design is based from, hence the similarities)

Questions & Answers
Q: Why isn't this "mod" showing in the launcher/ how to spawn it?
A: This isn't a "mod", its just a composition, and wont show in your launcher. You'll find this composition in the editor, once there you need to press the groups key or F2 then click on the composition icon. last pic in the slideshow above will show were that is.

Q: Why is it spawning all broken up/ floating?
A: You need to click off Vertical Mode & Surface Snapping before spawning any comp, last pic above shows were to find it.

Q: What maps were used for the pics?
A: optre; Madrigal, Kholo, Gridlock

Q: What mod are the covenant ships from?

Known Bugs & Issues
- The corvette parts tend to disappear at great distances, messing up many of the ships silhouettes from range

you are missing one or more of the required mods, also for anyone that saw my last post about my pillar of autumn comp, its no longer being worked on as the 19th fleet mod has made their own "proper" destroyers & cruisers for arma 3 with full interiors, and all in just a singe object

When ever I load up the composition the skins don't show, only a few objects spawn, please help.

so to clarify, i built these ships by smashing pieces of other ships together, none of my designs in this pack were "built with interiors" just meant as background props, not even armed. however some of the pieces used to make it do have there own interiors, but they are not connected to anything, most have no collision or are on the side/ upside down and do not work at all. and with all the pieces clipping into one another on the inside proper interiors for these ships would be imposable. that all said i do plan on finishing my pillar of autumn comp in the near future with a LARGE interior that would contain most of the lower decks up to the hangers in the middle, prefect for those defend/ reclaim the ship type senarios, just have a few things to finish first. despite just being a cruiser, it should be big enough to fulfill most peoples needs, this should give you some sence of what to expect https://halo.fandom.com/wiki/UNSC_Pillar_of_Autumn?file=POA-InterdeckStructure.jpg

So, to get this straight, theres interiors visibly, but not physically, except the one thing in the largest ship that i crashed into when flying through it, is this intentional or have i somehow made these all non-physical?
Would love to see how far the insides go, but if i cant even land on the landing pads then thats that, shame too as im hoping to build an op for my little group using these as a "reclaim the ship" sorta deal

no, no interior. way to much part clipping. i know thats kinda dumb as there all carriers, but thats just how the UNSC was, when it comes to big ships they preferred carriers to thing like battleships. their designed to be used as props to help flush out fleets and accompany the ships that do have interiors .
