Chanting Vestal

The vanllia vestal is borning, she always uses the same 4 skills. If you use her as DPS in front rank, it's not worthy.
Also, I never like the concept of battle vestal. The vestal provides civil services for years and never get the combat training. It's no way that she can just grap a spikey mace then fight as well as the others.
So, i will just make her as a supporting class.

This mod will conflict with any other vestal remake mods. Make sure you prioritize it in the mods list.

1. After chanting a chapter, will go into a Chanting mode. The next chant will get a bonus effect for the consistency.
2. Casting a non-chanting skill will break the rhythm, exit Chanting mode.
3. All chanting skills have 1 turn cool down. You need to continue the chanting with another chapter. It's not heavy-metal hard-core stuff with a lot of riffs, your god will not be persuasive if you keep preaching the same things.
4. Chanting requires safty and is time-consuming, so you can only chant in rank 34. And obviously all allies can hear your songs. The other skills rely on the divince power (not herself), so it will be quicker and handy, can cast in rank 234.
