Description
Archaea Mod
The mod is designed to provide new elements that are both pre-hardmode and hardmode.

Notice
There are going to be nightly builds released as long as there has been development during that day, at least substantial development.



Features implemented are a few such as these:
* Progression-based difficulty mode
* 2 new biomes
* 3 new structures
* Many items and enemies
* Complimentary to vanilla
* Pre-hardmode completion step with hint

There are several key binds that do things like prompt show/hide UI.

The status dialog is drag-able--click and hold anywhere on it to move it around.



Progression requirements are made clear in the mod, and the gear and items found will assist in the general completion of the vanilla game.

A particular inclusion is a mode which revises damage and health statistics along with a checklist, each item adding to the difficulty.

Multiplayer gameplay is included. Dedicated server usage is also implemented.

Defense scaling was also broken for some reason. This was fixed.

The update is useful namely for the performance update. There was a problem with entities and have too many of them. All these were effectively removed.

The mod config now has an option for overriding the character class option. The UI in-game does not change (remains 'locked, but the clas selection does. This is in trial testing, but seems to work I guess. There is some specualtion that in MP this will behave wierdly but I'm ntio too sure yet.

There was an idea about making the difficulty slider more reasonable but when Archaea Mode is active, the health scaling is pretty high. So the player becomes a complete tank. In effects to resolve this, the difficulty scales with Player.maxLifeStat. Hopefully this goes over well. I was not able to fully rest it.

It's bad. And it's shame, because it's quite fun. But still bad.
Be it class locks, buggy movement, no config for the mod.

Uninstalling, might revisit later.

Soooo... I decided to choose the ranger class tab without quite understanding what I got myself into. While I don't mind the fact that I got locked into this decision (although a better warning would've been nice), I've found that I can't use the Gravedigger's Shovel... This I assume because it deals Melee damage and I'm a ranger.
