Ported the original vertigo over to csgo.

Added new lighting, radar, and bomb reset to the bottom of the map. the scream for falling off is in this too.

i added wingman to bombsite B for goofs. i would've set the spawn for CT more far back, but they would be on bombsite A which would be confusing but whateves
