TD Classic Cursor Pack

Description
Replaces the remastered cursors with the original set, at 300% scale. Make sure to turn on large cursors in settings.

* Replaces the cursors with the classics, specifically from TD. The Remasters use a common cursor set based on RA. This set includes the original TD move, attack, C4, Unavailable crosses, Unit Sell cursors etc.
* The size of the Remastered cursors was inconsistent with the size of the originals, where the normal Pointer was far too large in comparison with the others, or the Attack, Move etc. cursors were far too small. I've maintained the size consistency from the originals with a blanket 300% Nearest Neighbour scale. However, this mod only works with the game's Enlarge Cursors setting.
* As with the originals, the Escort and Move cursors are now static.
* The Screen Scroll and Unavailable icons are stretched vertically slightly to make the Unavailable signs circular; DOS games would be stretched slightly so the artwork was often squished to account for that. The other cursors are pixel-perfect, including the Cannot Repair icon.
* Primary Building Select cursor reverted to the original Deploy animation.
* TD didn't have a Cannot Deploy cursor, instead just using the regular Pointer. Since it's a useful cursor to have; rather than just use RA's version, since RA's Unavailable crosses are different from TD's, I've built a new Cannot Deploy based on TD's Unavailable cross.
* The RMB scroll circle is pixelated, based on the TD Attack cursor. The scroll arrow itself is currently unchanged, as making it pixelated would play with its rotation.
* ICON_MOVEMENT_COMMAND_SLOWEST and ICON_SUPERWEAPON exist in the files, but I can't find them anywhere in game. Just in case they get used some weird place, I've built palette-accurate demakes of these new cursors to ensure they fit in.
* I can't test it, but the Beacon cursor in MP uses an old cursor from the DOS game (one I also couldn't find during testing, but it's in here anyway!).
* TD uses the original Attack cursor for both in-range and out-of-range, like the original. However, I've built a set of custom OoR Attack cursors based off of the blue Superweapon cursors for authentic TD-style OoR. These files are deactivated, but in the mod's files. To activate, navigate to the mod folder (it's a bunch of numbers, try Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1213210\2815703280) and drop the contents of the Optional folder into the DATA > ART > TEXTURES > SRGB folder, replacing the originals 8 .dds files. To revert, unsub from this mod then resub.
- I couldn't make the Sell cursors spin with all 24 frames of rotation. RA only uses the first half so you only ever see the front, but TD's $ spins full 360 degrees. Since the Remasters' cursors are based on RA, I had to drop the back 12 frames.
