Modifies the "Nurse" role from Vanilla Ideologies Expanded to have all the additional benefits of a medical specialist. Like a medical specialist, they are also incapable of violence.

Created as a pet peeve of mine because the Nurse role always seemed pointless to me. The Medical Specialist was the only one with the bonus to tend quality and surgery, which is way too important to pass up. Every time I played, the Nurse was just a janitor, and never used their ability to actually tend the colonists. Now, you always select your best doctor for this role and they are a valuable member of the colony.
