Super Spy Promotions

Description
This mod allows all players to choose from any available spy promotions, and acquire up to six deadly skills through a higher promotion limit. You will need them, because the computer AI can and will promote their Spy units with up to six skills as well.

Compatible with Civilization VI, Rise & Fall, and Gathering Storm. Last tested 5 Sept 2024.
