I don't have the option to trade with Samuel at Pirates. The journal shows this information. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Witam, gram Magiem po pokonaniu kroku próbuje zmienić miecz na rune przy posągu beliara ale on zmienia się na miecz dwuręczny potem nic nie mogę zrobić z nim.

Is there a way to tweak some elements? this is getting annoying, trying to find the right version to play. I thought i found it in this, but i absolutely don't like that the attribute costs start at 10 LP cost minimum. This should be editable somewhere somehow, right?
