"Bidet!" to any Critter players of XCom 2!

I've been using Critical Role characters in my character pool for quite a while, especially as some of the more out-there cosmetic mods have been created. Now I've made character flags to go with them, and I thought I'd share. Most are edited versions of official artwork, but a few are made by hand and/or with royalty free clipart.

Flags included:
  • Bell's Hells (including a clipart version used here before the official version)
  • Birdcruncher Tribe - from "To the Poop! Goblins: A Critical Role Pathfinder One-shot"
  • The Clasp Thieves Guild
  • Critial Role - a general CR logo
  • Darrington Brigade
  • Exandria Unlimited
  • House Lorelei - the werewolf family from "Liam's One Shot: The Song of the Lorelei"
  • The Mighty Nein
  • The Ring of Brass - from Exandria Unlimited - Calamity
  • Slayer's Take Guild
  • Vox Machina
    last, and certainly least...
  • Vox Moronica

Random soldiers have a small chance to show up with one of the flags, except for PC groups (Bell's Hells, The Mighty Nein, The Ring of Brass, Vox Machina, and Vox Moronica). Chances can be changed or disabled with the "UnitWeight" value in XComGameBoard.ini.

Companion mods
Additional cosmetic mods that will help with your fantasy character immersion.

Character size
WotC Customize Soldier Size by Musashi
Allows you to make your soldiers bigger or smaller than normal. It adds a surprising amount of immersion just by making your halflings tiny and your goliaths huge.

Character names
Longer Names V2 by krj12
By default the game only allows for 11 letters for first names and nicknames, and 15 for last names, which is sometimes not enough. This sets all three limits to 30.

Skin colors
More skin colors by carmau
Allows a bunch of new colors, including some teal and light blue options that look great for Jester, Dorian, etc. One caveat, the game "adds" a pale caucasian skin tone to any skin color, so light colors don't always work well. Grog is stuck as either dark grey or looking like a slightly sick white guy.

Cat people
[WOTC]Skyrim Khajiit Cosmetics by Cavily
Brings in cat people (Khajiit) cosmetics from Skyrim.

Cat ears
Cat Ears by Drikanis
An option to the full cat person set of changes.

Bunny ears
Bunny Suits [WOTC] by Aeronautic
Bunny ears and sexy bunny outfits. Useful for Morrighan or other rabbit/human hybrids.

Reptile people
[WOTC]Skyrim Argonian Cosmetics by Cavily
Brings in reptile people (Argonian) cosmetics from Skyrim. Decent draconians and, if you make them tiny, kobolds.

Dragon People
[WOTC] Children of Akatosh - Skyrim Dragon/Dovah Race Cosmetics by The Unslain Dragon
The Driagons (Dovah) from Skyrim modified and attached to human frames. Really impressive work.

Other animal-people
[WOTC] Anthro Cosmetics by Cobalt Owl
or
[WOTC] Anthro Cosmetics Redux by Iridar
Cosmetics for a bunch of other animal-people: leopards, wolves, foxes, cheetahs, hyenas, and rats.

Horns
Skyrim Argonian Cosmetics also includes horns that can be used with non-argonian characters. In the screenshots above, you can see straight horns from this mod on Fearne, and curved ones on Jester.

Pointy ears
[WotC] Elf Heads by N/A
Adds pointed ear "elf head" options to race 0. It also includes alternate skin colors by using the armor color picker for characters with elf heads.

Hairstyles
WOTC Female Hair Pack by Kexx
WOTC Male Hair Pack by Kexx
Note that Kexx also has a mod for armor cosmetics that look more like clothes, but only for female characters.

Face paint
Custom Face Paints by Replika
There are other options for face paint as well.

Tattoos
Ketaros Tattoo Pack Special by Ketaros
Includes several full arm tattoos, many with swirly designs.
XXL Tattoo - War of the Chosen by Mantid
Less flowery but easier to see what the shapes are.
EvilBob's Facepaints and Tattoos by EvilBob22
Includes tattoos specifically for Critical Role: Slayer's Take, Chetney's R.T.A., Captain Tusktooth, and The Clasp
Also facepaints for Critical Role: Yasha's facepaint, Ichor for Opal, Vitiligo, including a mirrored version for Poska, and Animal Whiskers that work for cat or rabbit characters (like Morrighan)

Armor color
More armor colors by carmau
Adds the same teal and light blue colors as the More skin colors mod, which is helpful for use with the Elf Heads mod. As a bonus, it adds all the primary armor color options to the secondary armor color picker.
One Million Colours by -bg-
I personally don't use it, but it is a great alternative to More armor colors.
One Million Colours Plugin For WOTC by -bg-
Add this when you use One Million Colours in WotC.

Hoods
Free the Hood - WotC by Lex
Allows better facial customizations when using hoods.

Voices
There are tons of voice packs for specific characters, so if you want to have your character sound like a character from a popular game, TV show, or movie, it's probably out there. I'm not aware of anything specific to fantasy characters, let alone Critical Role.
[LW2 Cmp] XCom 2 International Voices Pack by Seth Norris and Fareang
Full support for Polish and Russian language voices, and some limited support for a few others. I personally have Jester and Marion Lavorre speaking Polish and Bolo (a minor character from EXU - Calamity) speaking Russian. Be aware this mod will likely not be updated any further, the last update was in 2017.

Quality of Life
[WOTC] Iridar's Appearance Manager by Iridar
This mod lets you set your characters' desired appearances for different armors ahead of time. Without it, your characters will randomly sometimes grow (or lose) tails when changing armor. It also lets you set up cosmetic changes over time, like Grog starting clean shaven but growing a beard when in more advanced armors. Or, Imogen having dark blue skin in tier 2 armor but not tier 1 or tier 3.

The Bell's Hells flag has been updated to the new official version. Any characters using that flag should get automatically updated. If you prefer the old version, it is available as "Bell's Hells (clipart version)"

A new Ring of Brass (from Exandria Unlimited - Calamity) flag has just been added. Additional companion mods have been added to the description above as well.

@LauraD2423 No -- at least not yet... I have wondered if there would be interest in the pool itself, and I see now there's at least one "yes". I'll put it in the back of my mind to probably do when I get some time. I'm also considering a "Ring of Brass" (EXU: Calamity) flag, but the existing EXU one works for them too.

Either way, I'm a little behind with my own pool right now, I haven't even added Dusk or any of the Ring of Brass characters yet (and I'm a couple episodes behind the live version too). I am a little concerned about Cerrit, there are not a lot of bird people options out there. :)

Do you by chance have a character pool download for all your CritRole characters? I love to download that!

@Blooest That's a really good idea to include. I'll add it to the description. At least the mods I use in my own character pool.

For what it's worth, one of Laura's voices, though not one she uses for a CR character, is available in the form of Saint's Row 3 female boss 1 from WTR (or Max's compilation thereof).
Do you have any recommendations on cosmetic mods to get the looks right?

@EvilBob22
Entirely true and fair when looked at from that angle. Still, if an entire VP can exist of that one Warhammer "AAAARGH" meme, we can but dream!
Regardless, thank you for your service setting up the flags :D

I don't own Pillars of Eternity II so I totally forgot that DLC was a thing. That would be cool. On the other hand, if a voice pack is too small, your character becomes eerily quiet most of the time.

Perfection. Now all we need is someone to adapt the Deadfire CR DLC lines into (admittedly small) VPs XD
