Iconian's Fortifications changes

I created this mod mostly because I really wanted some kind of early game fort-like structure that I could quickly build on my frontiers. The motte-and-bailey seemed like it might be a good idea, but I wanted something that looked more primitive. Eventually I realized the barbarian encampment was just right. Then, after realizing the sort of rearranging of stats and such I'd need to do, it only seemed natural to have a whole line of possible fortification tile improvements players can build, each more impressive than the last.



Now available from Agriculture, looks like Barbarian camp, only provides 15% defense instead of 50%, gives 10 gold when pillaged, inflicts 3 damage on nearby enemies, and 150 build time instead of 800.

Based on BlouBlou's mod "Terrain--Motte-and-bailey Fort," but with some changes. Has 50% defense instead of 25%, costs 1 gold maintenance, gives 25 pillage gold instead of 15, no longer captures tiles around it, and takes 500 time to build instead of 250.

This now uses the artwork for the original fort. It's available from Engineering, provides 100% defense, costs 2 gold maintenance, gives 40 gold when pillaged, inflicts 20 damage on nearby enemies, and takes 1200 time to build.

Gives 150% defense instead of 100%, costs 3 gold maintenance, and gives 50 pillage gold.
