Pistolero: .22 LR (CE Only)

Adds several .22 LR weapons to Rimworld for use with Combat Extended.

This one required a little extra work because .22 LR is commonly used in both rifles and pistols. I wanted to model the difference between the two: a bullet fired from a pistol usually has 25% - 33% less velocity than the same bullet fired from a long rifle barrel. You should see that here, all the guns use the same .22 LR ammo, but the pistol projectiles will be a bit slower.

There's also the problem that .22 LR is ubiquitous. Virtually every type of firearm you can imagine has been made to use the cartridge, from single-action revolvers to full-auto machineguns. The list of guns could go on forever, so I made some editorial choices. I began with guns that have military or police applications, or are designed for self-defense.

That said, here are the guns:

* Mossberg Brownie -- a four-barrel derringer from the 1920s.
* North American Arms 22LR -- a so-cute single-action mini-revolver.
* Trejo Model One -- a Mexican select-fire machine pistol.
* Ruger AWC TM-Amphibian "S" -- a silenced Ruger pistol used by the U.S. Navy SEALs for covert ops.
* Armalite AR-7 -- a light-weight break-down survival carbine issued to aircrew
* American Arms American-180 -- a full-auto submachine gun with a 177-round pan magazine!

* Customized Ruger 10/22 -- customized with select-fire, extended magazine, scope, and folding stock!
