Beskrivning
People that played Heart of Iron III might remember that you could release Indochina as an independent entity.
For some reason its not possible anymore in HoI4, I decided to do a very simple mod that gave you the opportunity of forming this country again.

I also made it possible that if your puppet (Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia) have all the states necessary, it can form Indochina on its own.

Awesome mod. Wish more colonial regions were released at the start of the game as puppets.

@BLOOD REIGN hey there, couldn't do it yesterday, but I update it at the instant.
Sadly I don't think I will make more expansion for this mod. I already have my hand full with my other project on hoi4.
