This simple mod improves all hero's specialist skill.

AI is affected too, basically compatible with any mods.



Hero action success chance
+1, 3, 6%
->5, 10, 15%

Hero action cost
-10, 20, 40%
->15, 30, 50%

Campaign line of sight+5, 10, 15% added
